Warehousing

Allstars currently operates two warehouses located in the Los Angeles area; the total warehouse size is over 310,000 square feet. We also have partnered warehousing spaces in Atlanta area, GA and Houston area, TX.

Our warehouses are well equipped with high pile and high-density racking system, such as drive in and shuttle racking, Robot stretch film wrappers, high rise order pickers, rider on electric pallet jacks, single and double reach stand-up forklifts, carton clamp forklift, swing forklift, etc. The warehouse also has fully covered Wi-Fi, CCTV, burglar alarm, and ESFR sprinkler system. We provide advanced WMS system for our clients, who can access their inventory, order activities from anywhere in the world at any time, so you will have peace of mind if you store your products in our warehouses.

Allstars does provide sufficient commercial insurance, liability insurance, and workers comp insurance coverage to protect our customers’ products, our valuable employees from any damages or injuries. No matter short or long, we do accept any term for your storage needs. No matter how small or large, how heavy or light, we can handle any size shape of products. No business is too tiny at Allstars. We take care of your products like our own.

Fulfillment

Order fulfillment and distribution services are the core services at Allstars. We have modern and scalable operating facilities, plus a very knowledgeable team. Our customized WMS (warehouse management system) meets any requests for order fulfillment, no matter if only a single order or over thousand orders per day, include order processing, kit in, kit out, revision, swapping, etc.

We open our system to each customer, so customer can book inbound cargo, transmit their orders automatically via EDI, or simply upload their orders via provided spreadsheet, or even manually key in from anywhere worldwide. We process most orders to be shipped within 24 working hours, we can also fulfill urgent orders within 2 hours.

Allstars handles different type of products, such as bulky items like patio furniture KD or non-KD, tiny items like hardware kit. We fulfill any type of shipping needs, such drop shipping, FBA, cross dock, white glove service, spare parts, we also handle set break down, return, relabeling, reinspection, refurbishing, repair, repack and restocking. Our equipment can pick, pack, wrap, palletize the shipments quickly and neatly in a professional appearance. We understand the accuracy is extremely important for fulfillment, our bin location database, barcode scan system will prevent any overage, shortage, duplication or wrong items might be pick packed.

Logistics

Allstars handles different type of shipments both international and domestic. Such as parcel, LTL and FTL, etc.

For overseas shipment, we provide one-stop & end-to-end supply chain services, such as door to door, port to door, FCL, LCL, air cargo with booking, air or marine insurance, ISF filing, annual bond application, entry and inland drayage.

For domestic shipments, we provide parcel, LTL and FTL nationwide to business or residential. We do local delivery by our own truck, in most case the order(s) will be delivered within two days. For those business that have no dock in facility, we provide liftgate and indoor delivery service. For end consumer, we provide white glove service to assemble products. And of course, will call is also one of our services.

Our warehouses are certified shipping facilities by many big-box companies, such as Costco, Home Depot, Lowe’s. Another big addition is that we offer all our customers a very competitive shipping rates for parcel, LTL and FTL shipments, which covers entire Northern America.

Other than warehouse, fulfillment and logistic, Allstars provides wide range of services to our existing and potential customers as well.
